Arrival time is from 10:00am with a 10:30am start time.
We finish at 2:00pm.
Lunch is 12:30pm (not provided).
We offer three sessions for a full day visit. Groups larger than one class are split into 3 groups.
Braintree Museum is located on Manor Street where coaches can drop of and pick up (but not park).

Preliminary Visits
For those who have not visited the Museum before, we strongly advise coming for a free preliminary visit in order to familiarise yourself with the site and complete any risk assessment paperwork.
Please contact the Education Officer prior to your visit.
Lunch Facilities
We have indoor lunch facilities available
for schools to use. The Museum also has
an outdoor forecourt available for use.
Health and Safety
Braintree Museum has comprehensive
codes of practice with regards to Health
and Safety, Safeguarding and First Aid.
Copies are available on request.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking
please do so within 14 working days
prior to your visit. You will incur charges
if you do not give the required notice.
