The Friends of Braintree Museum

The Friends of Braintree Museum is a registered charity that supports and promotes the work and activities of Braintree District Museum and the Warner Textile Archive.

Friends of the Museum

The Friends are a separate charity that provide support to the Museum by raising money and public awareness through visits to places of
interest; a variety of historically-related talks; publication of its own magazine ‘Chronicles’ and its Newsletter to members. Money is also raised
through members’ subscriptions and by the annual Raffle, the proceeds from the latter always directed towards specific projects.
